I think this is one of the best ideas I have come across, buy instructions to DIY.  Studio Mama is London based and sells downloadable pdf's to make simple furniture, outdoor kitchens and the best part a kids house - a structure to be used as a play space and a sleep space with little steps and a blackboard.
