Leopard Love!

Well it only takes some perfect leopard print to get me straight blogging! Our friend has just started a blog called Mum and Mini - which is where I found these amazing Kidfolk leopard blankets and more. I just wish the blanket was bigger than baby size but it will be my go to present for friends future babies. They have great socks and cushions too. I'm obsessed!!!!

Boramiri

Ok don't get too excited, I'm not fully back into this blogging thing. I am actually on a mission for leggings, jumpers and a piggy bank. In my constant trawling I have found many other thing I love so I thought I should start sharing again. Starting with Boramiri, I found them via the beautiful Estella store. The thing I love the most are these cat pouf's. Anyway go check out the rest - there are a lot of pretty things to see. x

The Club of Odd Volumes

The Club of Odd Volumes is based in Melbourne, Australia and they make lots of cute printed items from home wares to apparel for adults and kids. There is a small selection of artists work available and you can even get your own designs printed through them too. Here are my pics for the kids...

Isabel Marant for H&M

The images of the full Isabel Marant for H&M collection have been released and there is a collection for teens! I'm not personally a fan of Isabel Marant but I do like it for kids so here are my picks.
The collection will be available from November 14th, I am not sure of the age range available yet, it is called Teens, but the models are definitely not teenagers. If you can't get your hands on some of this I am sure you will see knock offs fairly soon from some of the well known chain stores who tend to copy Isabel Marant styles.

Eco Art Supplies

I'm a sucker for natural things and art supplies so when the two are combined it's hard to resist. Below are a few cool things I have come across lately.

VEGGIE TEMPERA PAINT
From We Can Too, this range of paints is dairy free, gluten free and made from fruits and vegetables. They come in a powder form and you can mix it with water. We Can Too also do a range of edible crayons, baby face paint and chalks. Buy locally here.

GLOB COLORS
Glob colors also do a range of paints and crafty projects kits but I love their paint brushes and brush holder. Check their site for your nearest stockist - I came across them at the Art & Craft store on Waiheke Island.

Beci Orpin Milestone Cards

You probably know I have been a Beci Orpin fan forever, she just keeps coming out with more and more good stuff (there is another book coming in November too!!!). I reckon these milestone cards are a really great baby shower gift, take a photo of your baby with each card as they reach each stage.

The Booksee Shelf

I have a little obsession with finding good bookshelves and although this isn't my dream shelf, I think it's pretty cool. This clear acrylic shelf comes as a set of teoso you can stack them or put them end to end. I like how subtle they are. But them here at Ubabub.

You all know I love bedding, enough to actually get back on the blog! Mini Rodini is releasing a home range next month - blankets and linens, all eco friendly and organic. I can't wait!

Baby Blanket

I wish this had been around when I had my baby. The swan part is completely strange but otherwise I love everything about this blanket, the colours, the graphic shapes and the way it is a little cocoon or a play mat. Buy it here.

Portrait

A new way of doing children's portraits. Those misty framed portraits that seem like they are from the 80's no matter when they are taken are awful. I love this idea of choosing important women in history and recreating the images. Click here to read the full story and see more photos.

Leopard Skateboard

How cool is this skateboard? Made by Globe.  I am in love with it, I'd love to get this for my girl one day. There are loads of other prints including zebra, floral, camo and wood grain.

Bassike for kids

Finally Bassike have released a kids range. I love everything! It looks like they are selling out of sizes fast so get in quick. Now if only Kowtow would start a kids range...

The Ultimate Tricycle

Tricycles are awesome. We had one once, but we forgot about it and left it at Grey Lynn Park (If you happen to know where it is, let me know. It's a radio flyer one with a parent handle, we miss it a lot). Anyway I think this is the coolest trike around and it's sold out. They might make more but they might not, in the meantime, just stare at the beauty of this design by James Perse...

Dr Martens for Kids!!!!

FINALLY! I honestly don't know how many times I have googled trying to find docs for little feet. The have offically become available today! I can not decide which ones to get, they have released all the classics. Anyone else remember how the cherry docs were pretty much the ultimate colour as a 14 year old in the early 90's? Well they were where I can from. I only ever had black and still do, I'm totally stuck in the 90's. These are available for little baby feet as well as toddlers and juniors. Hold me back!!!
